| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨循证护理在急性酒精中毒患者急救中的应用效果。方法：通过对2008年与2009年在我院抢救的急性酒精中毒患者病例资料进行回顾性分析。将2008年救治的98例与2009年救治的113例急性酒精中毒患者采用SPSS 12.0软件进行统计学分析处理。结果：危重症发生率,对照组明显高于实验组（P〈0.001）;平均住院天数,实验组与对照组比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：在急性酒精中毒患者的抢救中运用循证护理的方法,取得了良好的效果,减少了对酒精中毒救治过程中危重症的发生率,降低了患者的住院天数,保证了医疗安全。 |
