| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大蒜素（Allicin）联合索拉菲尼（Sorafenib）对体外培养的人肝癌细胞HepG2的增殖抑制作用及其对Bcl-2基因mRNA水平的影响。方法：采用MTT法检测大蒜素联合索拉菲尼对HepG2细胞增殖的影响。以RT-PCR方法研究大蒜素联合索拉菲尼对Bcl-2基因mRNA表达的影响。结果：大蒜素联合索拉菲尼使人HepG2细胞增殖率明显下降,且呈剂量依赖效应;Bcl-2基因mRNA水平随大蒜素联合索拉菲尼浓度升高而降低。结论：大蒜素联合索拉菲尼对人HepG2细胞增殖有抑制作用,并能下调癌基因Bcl-2的表达,从而起到抗肿瘤的治疗作用。 |
