摘    要:
目的:探讨大蒜素(Allicin)联合索拉菲尼(Sorafenib)对体外培养的人肝癌细胞HepG2的增殖抑制作用及其对Bcl-2基因mRNA水平的影响。方法:采用MTT法检测大蒜素联合索拉菲尼对HepG2细胞增殖的影响。以RT-PCR方法研究大蒜素联合索拉菲尼对Bcl-2基因mRNA表达的影响。结果:大蒜素联合索拉菲尼使人HepG2细胞增殖率明显下降,且呈剂量依赖效应;Bcl-2基因mRNA水平随大蒜素联合索拉菲尼浓度升高而降低。结论:大蒜素联合索拉菲尼对人HepG2细胞增殖有抑制作用,并能下调癌基因Bcl-2的表达,从而起到抗肿瘤的治疗作用。

Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of Allicin combined with Sorafenib on proliferation and the effect on the Bcl-2 gene mRNA level of human liver cancer cell line HepG2 in vitro.Methods:Cell proliferation was evaluated by Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay.Bcl-2 gene mRNA level was examined by RT-PCR method.Results:Allicin combined with sorafenib reduced the ratio of the proliferation of the HepG2.and was dose-dependent;the level of mRNA of Bcl-2 gene increased with tlle concentration of Al...
