| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨淋巴细胞免疫治疗对反复自然流产患者的临床疗效。方法：选择封闭抗体缺乏的反复自然流产患者102例,其中72例用配偶淋巴细胞皮内注射法进行免疫治疗（试验组）,30例未采取任何措施（对照组）。结果：试验组妊娠成功率为65.3%,对照组为26.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：淋巴细胞免疫治疗反复自然流产是有效、安全的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of lymphocyte from husband for treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods: The patients with RSA were divided into two groups,one group of active immunization with lymphocytes,another group with no therapy(control group),the efficacy and pregnancy outcome were observed.Results: The rate of pregnancy was 65.3% in the research group and was 26.7% in the control group.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Lymphocyte active i... |
