| 摘 要： | 目的分析鼓室内注射庆大霉素治疗难治性梅尼埃病的方法及疗效。方法对19例难治性梅尼埃病患者鼓室内注射浓度为30mg/ml的庆大霉素0.5～0.8ml,每周一次,共3次。结果 19例患者治疗后随访18～24个月,眩晕控制为A级12例,B级4例,有效控制率为84.2%,听力损失者4例,约占有21.1%。结论鼓室内注射庆大霉素治疗难治性梅尼埃病疗效确切,对听力的损害轻微,且操作简单,费用低,易于临床推广。 |
