荧光素眼底血管造影在急性视网膜坏死综合征的临床意义

目的 研究急性视网膜坏死综合征(acute rednal nemosis syndrome，ARN)的荧光素眼底血管造影(finds fluorescein angiography，FFA)图像特征及其在临床上的意义。方法 17例(18只眼)ARN患者行FFA，分析其图像的特征。结果 FFA主要表现为视盘强荧光，视网膜动脉变细或节段性充盈。周围有斑片状出血遮蔽荧光，静脉迂曲，血管壁渗漏。周边部小血管和毛细血管闭塞，有无灌注区，视网膜坏死区多位于周边部，早期呈弱荧光，后期呈斑驳状强荧光。结论 通过FFA检查，能确定ARN的病变范围和严重程度，有助于早期诊断和治疗。

Clinical significance of funds fluorescein angiography in acute retinal necrosis syndrome

Objective] To study the characteristics and clinical significance o f funds fluorescein angiography(FFA) in acute retinal necrosis syndrome(ARN). Methods] 17 patients(18 eyes) with ARN were examined with FFA. The characterist ics of the FFA were analysed. Results] The fluorescein has highlighted the ar ea on the disk. Retinal arteries were attenuated|, filled irregular and showed t he hemorrhagic spots. Retinal veins were tortuous and showed dye leakage.The per ipheral retinal arterioles and capillaries were occluded, extensive areas of non perfusion were apparented. Retinal necrosis areas were found mostly in the perip heral retina, which showed hypofluorescent in early phase and blocky hyperfluore cent in late phase. Conclusion] FFA is capable to understand the degree and e xtent of ARN and is helpful to make early diagnisis and treatment.
