辛伐他汀与阿托伐他汀钙早期治疗急性心肌梗死临床观察

目的观察辛伐他汀与阿托伐他汀钙早期治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的降脂疗效、不良反应及对近中期心血管事件的影响.方法 56例AMI患者在给予溶栓、抗凝和抗缺血治疗同时,随机分成两组,其中辛伐他汀组28例和阿托伐他汀钙组28例,分别于入院48 h内开始口服西之达20 mg qd和阿乐10 mg qd,持续治疗至少3个月,随访观察两组患者服药后12个月时血脂变化,并对临床事件作随访登记,同时观察用药安全性.结果辛伐他汀与阿托伐他汀钙均能有效降低血脂TC及LDL-C水平,升高HDL-C,后者稍优于前者.随访期间两组再心肌梗死发生率、再住院率、心绞痛发生率差异无显著性.结论 AMI患者早期口服辛伐他汀和阿托伐他汀钙均降低血清TC及LDL-C水平,用药安全,副作用小.

The comparison of the clinic effciency between simvastatin Ca onearly treatment of the patients with acute myocardial infarction

AIM To investigate the clinic efficiency and side effects of Simvastatin and atorvastatin Ca on the early treatment of the patients with acute myocardial infarcation(AMI). METHODS 56 cases were randon divided to simvastatin and atorvastatin Ca group,there 28 cases in each group.Taking orally Xizda 20 mg qd in simvastatin group and ALE 10 mg qd in atorvastatin Ca group. At the same time every cases were continuously treated with thrombolysis anticoagulate and antiischemia at least 3 months. Every cases were followed up and observed on the levels of TC, LDL C and HDL C in blood serum, clinic occurrences and medication reliabilities in 12 months. REASULT Both simvastatin and atorvastatin Ca can effectiviely decrease the levels of TC, LDL C and raise the levels of HDL C in blood serum. The effect the latter is slightly better than the former. There were no significant difference between two groups on the incidences of myocardial infarction,rehospitalization and cardic angina. CONCLUSION The patiens with AMI can decrease the levels of TC and LDL C in blood serum by taking orally simvastatin or atorvastatin Ca on earlier period. To take simvastatin and atorvastatin Ca are little side effects.
