自拟祛白汤治疗白癜风的临床观察

目的观察中药祛白汤治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的120例白癜风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组采用中药祛白汤联合外用复方卡力孜然酊治疗;对照组单纯采用外用复方卡力孜然酊治疗。两组均以1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组60例中,痊愈15例,显效26例,有效13例,无效6例,总有效率为90.00%;对照组痊愈4例,显效24例,有效18例,无效14例,总有效率为76.67%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论祛白汤治疗白癜风有显著的临床疗效,复发率低,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Leucoderma Treated with Self-Prepared Qubai Decoction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on leucoderma treated with herbal medicine qubai decoction.Methods 120 cases of leucoderma enrolled in light of the diagnostic standard were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,60 cases in each group.In treatment group,the patients were treated with qubai decoction combined with the external application of fufang kailiziran ding.In control group,the external application of fufang kailiziran ding was used simply.One month treatment made one session for either group.The efficacy was observed in 3 sessions of treatment.Results Of 60 cases in treatment group,15 cases were cured,26 cases effective remarkably,13 cases improved and 6 cases failed.The total effective rate was 90.00%.In control group,4 cases were cured,24 cases effective remarkably,18 cases improved and 14 cases failed.The total effective rate was 76.67%.There was a statistical significant difference in the total effective rate in comparison between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Qubai decoction has a significant clinical efficacy on leucoderma,low recurrence rate and less adverse reaction.This medicine deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
