喘可治注射液对哮喘患者免疫功能和临床疗效的影响

目的观察喘可治注射液对哮喘患者免疫功能和临床疗效的影响。方法选取我院确诊为支气管哮喘急性发作期患者40例,随机分为对照组和喘可治组（CKZ组）,每组20例。对照组给予常规治疗（吸氧、抗感染、解痉平喘、止咳化痰、纠正水电解质平衡紊乱等）,CKZ组在常规治疗基础上加喘可治注射液肌注双足三里穴,两组疗程均为7 d。观察两组治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群百分比（CD3%、CD4%、CD8%）的变化、肺功能峰流速（peak expiratory flow,PEF）以及临床主要症状疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗后CKZ组T淋巴细胞亚群CD4%、CD8%均明显升高（P〈0.05）,肺功能PEF%明显改善（P〈0.05）,且治疗组主要症状改善情况也较对照组更显著（P〈0.05）。结论喘可治注射液能够调节哮喘急性发作期患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的紊乱状态,使之恢复平衡,而且能够有效改善肺功能和临床症状。

Impacts of Chuankezhi Injection on Immune Function and Clinical Efficacy in Asthma Patients

Objective To observe the impacts of chuankezhi injection on immune function and clinical efficacy in asthma patients.Methods 40 cases of bronchial asthma at the acute stage were diagnosed in our hospital and randomized into a control group and a chuankezhi（CKZ）group,20 cases in each one.In control group,the conventional treatment（oxygen uptake,anti-inflammation,relieving spasm and asthma,stopping cough and resolving phlegm,correcting water electrolyte balance disorder）was applied.In CKZ group,on the basis of conventional treatment,chuankezhi injection at bilateral Zusanli（ST36）was added.The treatment lasted for 7 days in two groups.The changes of T-lymphocyte subset percentages（CD3%,CD4% and CD8%）,peak expiratory flow（PEF）in lung function and the efficacy on main clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results As compared with control group,CD4% and CD8% of T lymphocyte subsets increased apparently（P0.05）and PEF% was improved apparently（P0.05）in CKZ group after treatment.The improvements in main symptoms were much significant in treatment group as compared with those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Chuankezhi injection regulates the disorder state of T-lymphocyte subsets and recovers it into balance and it can effectively improve lung function and relieve clinical symptoms.
