Abstract: | From the whole plants of Oldenlandia corymbosa of Thai origin, ten compounds have been isolated and elucidated as geniposide, 6α-hydroxygeniposide, scandoside methyl ester (6β-hydroxygeniposide), asperulosidic acid, deacetylasperuloside, asperuloside, 10-O-benzoylscandoside methyl ester, 10-O-p-hydroxybenzoylscandoside methyl ester, (+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-glucopyranoside, and rutin. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data. |
