| 摘 要： | 该文建立了乡镇卫生院的防保开展能力综合指标和乡镇卫生院防保地位综合指标,并通过内部校验和外部校验证实其合理性.乡镇卫生院的防保开展能力综合指标可用于评价其防保开展能力大小,及其以医养防的程度.乡镇卫生院防保地位综合指标可用于衡量防保在乡镇卫生院中的地位,从而判断重医轻防的程度. |

| Abstract: | This paper creates the preventive work ability index (PWAI) and preventive function status index (PFSI)of township hospital which are verified its reality by means of inner and outer test. PWAI and PFSI can be used to evaluate preventive work ability and preventive function status at township hospital. |
