| 摘 要： | 目的 评价持续硬膜外神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的效果。方法 带状疱疹后神经痛患者28例，给予持续硬膜外神经阻滞6d。1个疗程后应用视觉模拟评分（VAS），对患者的疗效进行评价。结果疼痛缓解达优者18例（64．3％），良者7例（25．0％），差者3例（10．7％），未见感染等并发症。随访半年及以上，患者复发率为3．6％（1／28例）。结论持续硬膜外神经阻滞是治疗带状疱疹后神经痛安全有效的方法。 |

Effects of continuous epidural block on patients with postherpetic neuralgia |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of continuous epidural nerve block on patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Twenty-eight patients with postherpetic neuralgia were received the treatment of continuous epidural nerve block for one course（6 days）. The effect was evaluated by visual analog scale（VAS） at 6 days after the treatment. Results After 6 days, 18 and 7 cases were graded as excellent and good effects respectively, and other 3 cases had poor effects. No serious complications were observed. The recurrence rate was 3.6 % （1/28 cases） after half a year or more. Conclusion The continuous epidural nerve block is a safe and effective method for the patients with postherpetic neuralgia. |
