32mg恩丹西酮预防化疗所致呕吐的临床效果

[目的]观察32mg盐酸恩丹西酮预防含顺铂方案引起的恶心呕吐的临床疗效和不良反应。[方法]对120例患者采用多中心随机单盲对照试验法,分别用32mg盐酸恩丹西酮和3次8mg盐酸恩丹西酮预防呕吐。[结果]32mg盐酸恩丹西酮和3次8mg盐酸恩丹西酮第一天预防呕吐的有效率分别为85.0％和93.3％(P>0.05),患者第一天平均呕吐次数分别为2.25±1.57次和1.83±0.96次(P>0.05)。[结论]32mg盐酸恩丹西酮与8mg盐酸恩丹西酮3次给药预防含顺铂化疗方案所致呕吐同样有效。

Clinical Effects of Ondansetron Hydrochloride in Prevention of Emesis Induced by Anticancer Drugs

[Purpose]To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of 32mg ondansetron in prevention of nausea and vomiting induced by cisplatin containing regimens.[Methods] By a multicenter,randomized study,120 patients were observed.Before infusion cisplatin,60 patients received a single 32mg dose ondansetron and 60 patients received triple 8mg dose ondansetron at 4 hour intervals to prevent the nausea and vomiting associated with cisplatin-based chemotherapy (cisplatin≥ 50mg/m2).[Result]The response rate was 85.0％ and 93.3％ for emesis prevention at the first day,and the mean times of emesis was 2.25± 1.57 times and 1.83± 0.96 times in 32mg ondansetron and triple 8mg ondansetron respectively (P>0.05).[Conclusion]Single 32mg dose and triple 8mg dose ondansetron are both effective in prevention emesis induced by cisplatin-based chemotherapy while the adverse effect are well tolerate for majority of patients.
