心理剧对抑郁症患者情绪自我效能感、自杀意念、心理困扰的影响

目的 分析心理剧对抑郁症患者情绪自我效能、自杀意念、心理困扰的影响。方法 抑郁症患者90例随机分为观察组、对照组,均为45例,对照组予以常规西药及健康教育治疗2个月,观察组另予以心理剧治疗2个月,比较两组情绪状态、情绪自我效能感、自杀意念、心理困扰。结果 治疗2个月后,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分较对照组低;观察组治疗后情绪调节自我效能感量表(RESE)表达积极情绪效能感、调节生气/易怒情绪效能感评分较对照组高,两组调节沮丧/痛苦情绪效能感评分比较差异无统计学意义;观察组治疗后,自杀意念中绝望、乐观因子评分及总分、掩饰因子评分均低于对照组;治疗后观察组心理困扰程度较对照组轻。结论 心理剧治疗抑郁症可有效地减轻抑郁症患者焦虑与抑郁情绪,提高患者的情绪自我效能感,减轻自杀意念与心理困扰等,值得在临床推广实践。

Effects of psychodrama on emotion self-efficacy,suicidal ideation and psychological distress of patients with depression

Objective To analyze the effects of psychodrama on emotion self-efficacy, suicidal ideation and psychological distress of patients with depression. Methods A total of 90 patients with depression were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine and health education for 2 months. On this basis, the observation group was given psychodrama for 2 months. The emotion status, emotion self-efficacy, suicidal ideation and psychological distress were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 months of treatment, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. After treatment, scores in Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy (RESE) such as expressing positive emotion efficacy, regulating anger/irritability efficacy and regulating depression/pain efficacy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. After treatment, scores of despair and optimistic factors, total scores and masking factors score in suicidal ideation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. After treatment, degree of psychological distress was milder than that of the control group. Conclusion Psychodrama in treatment of depression can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression of patients with depression, improve their emotion self-efficacy, reduce suicidal ideation and psychological distress.
