经尿道前列腺电切术联合内分泌治疗晚期前列腺癌的临床疗效及不良反应分析

目的 探究经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)联合内分泌治疗晚期前列腺癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 选取2016年1月至2018年12月某院收治的晚期前列腺癌患者80例,随机分成两组,对照组使用单纯内分泌治疗,研究组使用经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)联合内分泌治疗。结果 研究组治疗后最大尿流速高于对照组(P＜0.05),剩余尿量、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后研究组IPSS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),QOL评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);研究组炎症因子水平低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 对晚期前列腺癌患者进行TURP联合内分泌治疗,效果较好,是一种较为理想的治疗方式。值得在临床上广泛推广与应用。

Clinical effect and adverse reaction analysis of TURP combined with endocrine therapy for advanced prostate cancer

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of transurethral electroprostatectomy(TURP) combined with endocrine therapy for advanced prostate cancer. Methods Eighty patients with advanced prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with pure endocrine therapy, and the study group was treated with TURP combined with endocrine therapy. Results The maximum urinary flow rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the residual urine volume and PSA were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the IPSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), QOL score. Compared with the control group (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The inflammatory factor level in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TurP combined with endocrine therapy is an ideal treatment for advanced prostate cancer. It is worth popularizing and applying widely in clinic.
