| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中枢神经系统多原发性肿瘤的MRI表现及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析20例经临床和病理证实的中枢神经多原发性肿瘤的MRI资料。结果多原发同源性肿瘤14例，其中多发性脑膜瘤7例，多发性胶质瘤2例，椎管内多发性神经纤维瘤3例，椎管内多发性脊膜瘤2例；多源性肿瘤6例，其中神经纤维瘤病I型2例，Ⅱ型3例，右额脑膜瘤并松果体区占位1例。结论MRI对中枢神经系统多原发同源性肿瘤和多源性肿瘤具有重要的诊断价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate MRI in the diagnosis of multifocal primary tumors. Methods MRI findings in 20 patients with clinically and pathologically proved multifocal primary or multisource tumors were retrospectively analyzed. Results Multifocal primary tumor was found in 14 cases,including intracranial meningioma(n=7), glioma(n=2),neurofibroma(n=3)and meningioma(n=2) within spinal canal.Multisource tumor was seen in 6 cases,of which neurofibromatosis was seen in 5,one tumor was meningioma at right frontal part accompanied with pineal body region lesion .Conclusion MRI is of great value in diagnosing multifocal primary and multisource tumors. |
