| Abstract: | This Paper discusses the causes clinical symbtoms and signs, treatment and prevention of mechanical obstruction of stomach complicating operation on esophageal and cardiac carcinomas 6 cases occurred among 503 resections of the esophageal and cardiac carcinomas. Authors advance some different viewpoints from others and analyse the causes and clinical characteristics. Inorder to relieve obstruction managment should be selected according to the different causes. The operative skill and postoperative managment are cssential to prevent the complication. |
