摘    要:目的:优选保肾灵胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以浸膏得率,多糖、黄芪甲苷和二苯乙烯苷含量为评价指标筛选最佳提取工艺。分别用紫外分光光度法、薄层色谱法和HPLC法测定多糖、黄芪甲苷和二苯乙烯苷的含量。结果:最佳工艺为A2B2C3,即加10倍量水,提取3次,提取时间为1.5h。结论:该制备工艺合理、稳定和可行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the technology for extraction of Baoshenling capsules.Methods:Orthogonal design [L9(34)] was used to select the best extraction technology.The extract yield,contents of polysaccharide,astragaloside and stilbene glycoside were used as criteria of screen.Contents of polysaccharide,astragaloside and stilbene glycoside were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,thin layer chromatography and HPLC methods,respectively.Results:The optimal technology was achieved by 1.5 h extraction with 10-fold volume of water for 3 times.Conclusion:The technology is reasonable,stable and feasible.
