1606例高危妊娠产妇管理情况分析

目的为加强高危妊娠监护管理．提高产科质量，通过对高危孕妇产前检查资料的分析，为制定预防高危妊娠的措施提供资料。方法按照深圳市高危妊娠监护评分标准，收集2006年1月-2008年12月在罗湖区中医院、罗湖区妇幼保健院产科住院分娩的孕产妇围产期保健手册和高危妊娠监护结局评估表进行统计分析。结果1606例高危孕产妇中，前6位高危因素为年龄≥35岁、人流≥3次、产前出血、疤痕子宫、体重≥80kg和胎位不正。高危妊娠发生率为33．36％，单一高危因素占80．44％。结论应加强孕前保健意识，及时筛查高危并予以管理、监护和处理，使高危转为中危、低危，减少手术产，降低孕产妇及围产儿的死亡率．做好高危妊娠监护管理是提高产科质量，降低孕产妇、围产儿和新生儿死亡率的有效措施。

Analysis About Management of 1606 Cases High-risk Pregnant Women Information

OBJECTIVE Through analysis of the high-risk pregnant women information, provide information for the development of prevention measures of high-risk pregnancy to strengthen the management of high-risk pregnancy. METHODS Collected in January, 2006--December, 2008 in our hospital-patient obstetric maternity maternal perinatal health manual and high-risk pregnancy care outcome assessment formo RESULTS 1 606 cases of high-risk pregnant women, the former six risk factors for age≥ 35,flow ≥ 3 times, prenatal bleeding, uterine scar, body weight ≥ 80 kg, fetal position is not correct, high-risk pregnancies the incidence of 33.36%. Single risk factors accounted for 80.44%.CONCLUSION Pre-pregnancy health awareness should be strengthened. Timely screening and management of high-risk pregnancy, reduce maternal and neonatal mortality. High-risk pregnancy management is to improve obstetric care quality, reduce maternal, perinatal and neonatal mortality.
