子宫角部妊娠35例临床分析

目的 探讨子宫角部妊娠的诊疗经验.方法 对我院近10年收治的35例宫角妊娠病人进行回顾性研究.结果 合并有危险因素者28例,占80%.首次诊断即有"异位妊娠"或"宫角妊娠"证据者14例,占40%;首次误诊之后得以修正,或处理其他疾患时意外发现者21例,占60%.24例行病灶切除或子宫切除术,占68.6%;11例保守治疗,占31.4%.结论 宫角妊娠的早期诊断率尚待提高,对部分病例可保守治疗.

A clinical analysis of 35 cases of angular intrauterine pregnancy

Objective To sum up experience in diagnosis and management of angular intrauterine pregnancy(AIP).Methods Clinical data of 35 pregnant women with AIP admitted in our hospital in recent 10 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results 28 women with AIP were associated with several risk factors,accounting for 80% of the total.14 of 35 patients had evidences of ectopic pregnancy(EP) or AIP at the first visit,and the other 21 women were misdiagnosed at the first visit then their diagnoses were revised,or their AIP was found accidentally in management of other diseases,accounting for 60%.24 women received focal resection or hysterectomy for her AIP,accounting for 68.8%.While the rest 11 women received conservative treatment,accounting for 31.4%.Conclusion The accuracy in early diagnosis of AIP should be improved,and conservative treatment can be used for some cases.
