累及胃肠道多原发恶性肿瘤41例临床分析

目的分析累及胃肠道多原发性恶性肿瘤的临床特点,提高对本病的诊治水平。方法对1999年～2007年我院收治经病理证实的41例累及胃肠道多原发癌进行回顾性分析。结果本组41例多原发癌占全部同期收治胃肠道恶性肿瘤（1485例）2.76%。其中18例同时发生,23例异时发生。首发癌发病部位以大肠最为常见,其次是胃、乳腺和肺,第二癌好发部位仍以大肠最为常见,其次是胃、肺、肾。累及胃多原发癌的发病年龄、组织分化不良程度均高于累及肠道的多原发癌。大肠多原发癌的腺瘤癌变伴发率较高。本组3年生存率56%,5年生存率22%。结论通过分析研究对提高累及胃肠道的多原发癌的认识,及时正确地作出诊断和治疗均有重要意义。

Clinical analysis of multiple primary carcinomas in 41 cases with stomach and intestine

Objective To analyses of multiple primary malignant tumors involving the gastrointestinal tract of clinical features, enhance the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods On 1999-2007 Institute of pathology confirmed, admitted to having 41 cases involving gastrointestinal primary retrospective analysis. Results 41 cases of multiple primary cancers treated the same period the total gastrointestinal tract （1485 cases） 2.76%. In 18 cases of simultaneous, 23 cases of metachronous. Starting position to colorectal cancer is most common, followed by stomach, breast and lung, is still the second most frequent sites of colorectal cancer, the most common, followed by stomach, lung and kidney. Multiple primary cancers involving the stomach and the age of onset, poorly differentiated treatment group were higher than those involving the gut level of multiple primary cancers. Multiple primary colorectal cancer with high incidence of adenoma. The 3-year survival rate of 56%, 5-year survival rate of 22%. Conclusion The study involved the gastrointestinal tract to improve the multiple primary cancer awareness, to make timely and correct diagnosis and treatment are important
