| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨突发性聋伴或不伴眩晕与耳鸣对判断预后的价值。方法：回顾性分析我科收治的217例突发性聋患者的临床资料，结果：突发性聋伴眩晕78例，治疗有效率为59．0％，不伴眩晕患者139例，治疗有效率为87．77％（P＜0．05）；伴耳鸣167例，有效率76．05％；不伴耳鸣50例，治疗有效率82．0％（P＞0．05），结论突发性聋不伴眩晕者预后较好，它对判断预后很有意义，耳鸣的有无对判断无明显价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prognostic value of sudden deafness with or without vertigo and tinnitus. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 217 cases of sudden deafness. Results The effective rate of treatment was 59. 0% in 78 cases of sudden deafness with vertigo and the effective rate was 87.77%, 139 cases of sudden deafness without vertigo (P <0.05). The effective rate was 76.05% in 167 cases of sudden deafness with tinnitus, and the effective rate was 82.0% in 50 cases of sudden deafness without tinnitus( P> 0.05). Conclusion The prognosis of sudden deafness without vertigo is better than sudden deafness with vertigo, indicating vertigo is a good prognostic value of sudden deafness. The prognosis value of tinmitus is not clear. |
