摘    要:目的探讨促进婴儿生长发育的可行措施。方法将出生的正常新生儿分为监测组和对照组,监测组小儿按计划采用一对一智能发育评估及训练指导,并采用个体化早教方案、亲子活动、健康教育等综合方法进行早期教育。1岁时对2组小儿进行智力测试和体格发育测量评价。结果监测组小儿的体重以及大动作、语言发育商高于对照组,差异有显著性意义。其余指标差异无显著性意义。结论开展早期教育是必要的和可行的,但模式值得探讨,应把早期教育纳入到儿童保健常规工作中。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the viable measure of infant growth and development. METHODS The normal newborns of the birth were distributed into the monitoring group and the control group. The monitoring group was set to adopt the early intervention of intelligence growth valuation and train leading,establishment of individuation teach, parents and children's activity of the project early, healthy education etc, synthetic method one by one according to the plan. The intelligence and the physical stature growth of two groups were evaluated at 1 year old. RESULTS The developmental quotient of the monitoring group was higher than that of the control one on the weight, gross motor and language. There was significant difference between the two groups. But the others index was no significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION It is necessary and viable to open the exhibition to educate in early day, but the mode is worthy of explore, educate of earlier period should bring into the regulations work of child's health care.
