| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸部X线片与心电图联合应用对急性肺栓塞（APE）的早期诊断价值。方法回顾性分析81例可疑肺栓塞病案的临床资料。结果81例患者中单纯胸部X线片异常21例,3例确诊为肺栓塞,准确度14.3%;单纯心电图异常18例,1例确诊为肺栓塞,准确度5.3%;X线片及心电图均有异常38例,32例确诊为肺栓塞,准确度84.2%。结论联合应用胸部X线、心电图检查对于肺栓塞的早期诊断有较高的特异性,可以作为早期治疗的依据。
