加快贵州中药农业发展,推进贵州中药现代化与中药产业建设

目的:促进中药产业"第一车间"——中药农业与中药材生产质量管理规范(GAP)基地的建设。方法:结合长期从事中药相关研究与GAP基地建设的切身体会,对加强贵州中药农业发展的基本原则、发展目标、区域布局与重点品种等问题加以论述,并对如何推进贵州中药农业的发展提出建议。结果与结论:应以市场为导向、比较优势、产业化经营、资源可持续利用、科技先导和坚持尊重农民的意愿为基本原则,分区域、分重点品种地种植中药和民族药材,并加强GAP基地的质量管理及资源保护,从而促进贵州中药现代化与中药产业的协调发展。

Speeding up Agricultural Development of Chinese Medicinal Crops and Promoting Construction of Chinese Medicine Modernization and Chinese Medicine Industry in Guizhou Province

OBJECTIVE: To facilitate the development of agriculture of Chinese medicinal crops-the "First Workshop" of Chinese medicine industry and the construction of GAP production base of Chinese materia medica. METHODS: Based on our experiences in the long-term researches on the traditional Chinese medicines, GAP and the construction of GAP production base of Chinese materia medica in Guizhou, issues concerning the basic principle, developmental target, regional layout, key species etc in the strengthening of agricultural development of Chinese medicines in Guizhou were discussed. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Market-oriented, comparative advantage, industrialized management, taking science and technology as precursors and respecting farmer's intention should be taken as our basic principle; Chinese medicinal crops and ethnic Chinese medicinal crops should be planted by different regions and key species; construction of GAP base, management of manufacturing practice and protection of resources should be strengthened. The modernization of Chinese medicines and the Chinese medicine industry should be developed coordinately.
