50例急性有机磷农药中毒患者的抢救与护理体会

目的：探讨急性有机磷农药中毒患者的急救与护理经验。方法：采取有效的急救与护理措施,对50例急性有机磷农药中毒患者进行严密观察,加强呼吸道及心理护理。结果：本组患者除1例因服毒剂量大,且就诊时间大于30m in,中毒程度深而抢救无效死亡,其余患者均治愈出院,抢救成功率98%。结论：对急性有机磷农药中毒患者正确采取有效的抢救措施,加强呼吸道及心理护理,预防并发症,是确保抢救成功的关键。

Nursing Experience on the Rescuing of 50 Cases Patients with Organic Phosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

Objective： To probe into the rescuing and nursing experience of patients with organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning. Method： The effective first - aid and nursing measures were applied to 50 cases patients with organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning, thorough observation was carried out and respiratory tract and psychological nursing was strengthened. Result ： Of all the patients, only one of patients, who took too much dosage of pesticide and was delayed the treatment for 30 minutes, Then he was dead after rescuing. The other patients were all cured and left the hospital. The successful rate of rescuing was 98%. Conclusion： It is necessary for the patients with acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning that the effective rescuing measures are used, respiratory tract and psychological nursing is strengthened and the complications are prevented.
