腰椎间孔加坐骨神经分支阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的:观察腰椎间孔加坐骨神经分支阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予单纯腰椎间孔阻滞,治疗组给予腰椎间孔阻滞加坐骨神经分支阻滞治疗,应用广义估计方程(generalized estim atingequation,GEE)进行统计比较。结果:两组比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组;而两组不同随访时间点之间比较,差异无统计学意义,说明随着时间的推移,疗效无明显变化。结论:腰椎间孔加坐骨神经分支阻滞较单纯腰椎间孔阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效明显。

The Clinical Research of Lumber Intervertebral Disk Herniation Treated with Intervertebral Foramen Nerves and Sciatic Nerve Branches Block

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of lumber intervertebral disk herniation treated with intervertebral foramen nerves and sciatic nerve branches block.Methods：78 cases of Lumber Intervertebral Disk Herniation were randomly divided into two groups,which are control group（intervertebral foramen nerves block） and treatment group（intervertebral foramen nerves and sciatic nerve branches block）,and the results were contrasted by GEE.Results：The results showed that there were significant differences between two groups,and it indicated that the effective rates in treatment group was obviously better than that in control one.There was no significant difference at different time points,and it showed that the effect was no significant change with the passage of time.Conclusion：Intervertebral foramen nerves and sciatic nerve branches block for the treatment of lumber intervertebral disk herniation is obviously effective than the nerve block only.
