鼻内窥镜下海极翼治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

目的采用鼻内窥镜下海极翼治疗变应性鼻炎,探索治疗变应性鼻炎的新途径。方法 400例患者随机分为治疗组202例和对照组198例,治疗组采用鼻内窥镜引导下海极翼CZB型超声波鼻炎治疗仪治疗,对照组采用传统微波治疗仪治疗。2组均随访1年,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为86.1%高于对照组的63.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论海极翼治疗变应性鼻炎具有定位准确、操作方便、无出血、并发症少、疗效好、恢复快等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of allergic rhinitis treated with Haijiyi under nasal endoscope

Objective To treat allergic rhinitis with Haijiyi under nasal endoscope,in order to explore new ways to treat allergic rhinitis. Methods 400 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 202 and control group of 198. The treatment group was treated with Haijiyi CZB type ultrasonic therapeutic equipment,while the control group was treated with traditional microwave therapeutic equipment. Both groups were followed up for 1 year. Observed and compared 2 groups＇ clinical efficacy. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 1% higher than 53. 2% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Treating allergic rhinitis with Haijiyi CZB type ultrasonic therapeutic equipment has advantages of exact allocation,convenient operation,no bleeding,less complication,good efficacy and quick recovery,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
