横腭弓与Nance弓联合增强支抗的研究

摘    要:
目的:评价临床拔牙矫治病例使用Nance弓和横腭弓联合支抗的控制效果。方法:选择11~28岁30例严重前牙拥挤或上颌、双颌前突错颌患者使用Nance弓与腭弓联合支抗,分析治疗前后X线头影测量值以及牙颌研究模型的各项指标变化。结果:磨牙前移量未达到拔牙间隙的1/3;∠G。Gn-SN和ALFH/AFH无显著变化,6 6宽度矫治前后无显著差异。结论:Nance弓与横腭弓联合支抗是一种简单有效的装置,具有三维支抗的作用,能够提供中到重度支抗,且对磨牙伸长进行较为有效的限制。

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the effect on TPA-Nance arch on reinforcing anchorage.Methods:30 patients with Class I or Ⅱskeletal relationship were selected,all of them had been treated with extraction and TPA-Nance arch.Results:The forward displacement of the first maxillary molar was less than one third of the extraction and TPA-Nance arch Results The forward displacement of the first maxillary molar was less than one third of the extraction space(P0.05) GoGn-SN angle and ALFH/AFH were reduced insignificantly(P0.05) The changes of the inter-molar width were not significant(P0.05).Conclusions:TPA-Nance arch is an effective and simple anchorage with three-dimensional anchorage function.It can provide medium to maximum anchorage and can provide moderately effective restriction for the extrusion of the maxillary molars
