| 摘 要： | 目的：优选固天泉胶囊中石菖蒲挥发油的提取工艺。方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏法对石菖挥发油的提取工艺进行正交优选。结果：挥发渍的提取得率与加水量、浸泡时间关系不大，而与提取时间的长短有一定的关系。结论：加水量8倍，浸泡时间1h，提取时间6h为最佳工艺。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the extraction process for essential oil A corus tatarinowii in Gutianquan capsule.Methods:To study the extraction process for essential oil of A corus tatarinowii by steam distillation.Results:Volum e of essential oil was not relevantto water volum e,im merse time but was relevent to extraction time.Conclusion:The best extraction process is to extract herb with8 tim es of water,im mers for1hour,extrat for6 hours. |
