| 摘 要： | 目的:比较DyractAP复合体、光固化树脂与玻璃离子粘固粉修复楔状缺损的临床效果。方法:138例患者(共823颗楔状缺损患牙)被随机分为三组,分别用DyractAP复合体(A)、光固化树脂(B)及玻璃离子粘固粉(C)修复,随访6个月至2年。结果:三种材料2年后的失败率分别为14.3%、20.8%、46.3%;(PABC<0.005;PAB>0.1,PAC<0.005,PBC<0.005)。结论:DyractAP复合体是修复楔状缺损较理想的材料。它的临床效果优于光固化树脂及玻璃离子粘固粉。
