人工材料代食管动物实验的初步结果

目的观察人工材料代替犬切除食管后消化道重建的初步结果。方法将犬的食管切除一段，然后植入钛镍带膜支架，联接两食管断端，观察新生食管的生长情况。结果6只实验犬除1只因麻醉失败当场死亡外，其余5只均列入观察范围。第2、3、4只因感染分别于术后3、4、9d死亡，第5、6只分别存活62、127d后人为处死。第5、6只犬支架分别于术后第18、31天脱落，而且病理检查发现均出现了新生食管中段狭窄，发生呕吐甚至进流质饮食困难，但持续一段时间后狭窄又会逐渐缓解，能进半流质饮食。结论人工材料代替食管是可行的，虽然人工食管留置一段时间后必然会脱落，而且也会发生新生食管狭窄。但持续一段时间后又会白行缓解，具体原因还有待进一步观察研究。

Animal experiments on esophageal reconstruction with artificial material

Objective To observe the preliminary results of esophageal reconstruction with artificial material in dogs. Methods A middle section of esophagus was resected in six dogs, and a titanium-nickel belt membrane stent was implanted.
