| 摘 要： | 目的：观察PLDD（percutaneous laser disc decompression）治疗不同年龄组腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异。方法：选择40例腰椎间盘突出症患者，按照年龄分成两组，Ⅰ组患者年龄为2．5-30岁，Ⅱ组年龄为40～45岁，两组均采用相同的激光治疗参数（包括波长，功率，总能量），采用VAS评定术前及术后两组的治疗效果。结果：40例患者经治疗，术后疼痛均较前明显缓解（P〈0．05），随着时间推移疼痛评分呈明显下降趋势；其中组Ⅰ患者疗效较组Ⅱ显著（P〈0．01）。结论：PLDD对腰椎间盘突出症患者有明确疗效，尤其对年龄较轻的患者疗效更为明显。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of percutancous laser disc decompression treating for lumbar disc herniation with different age.Methods:Forty cases with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were divided into two groups according the ages,and group Ⅰ,aged between 25 to 30,and group Ⅱ,aged between 40 to 45.Both accepted the same procedure.The VAS was applied to assess the effect of pre-and pest-procedure.Results:All the patients experienced the significant pain relief(P<0.05),menwhile,the VAS trend to decline as the follow-up.And group Ⅰ indicated the excellent effect compared with group Ⅱ (P<0.01).Conclusion:PLDD had obvious effect for treating lumbar disc herniation via specially for the patients aged between 25 to 30. |
