| 摘 要： | 目的提高脑卒中患者对疾病康复及日常保健的认识和自我护理能力。方法将218例脑卒中出院患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组按常规进行出院指导,观察组在此基础上进行出院后电话随访。结果出院后1年内观察组患者再次住院率为4．58％,对照组为1250％,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对脑卒中患者出院后进行定期电话随访,给予延续性健康教育,有利于提高患者的治疗依从性和满意度,能有效降低脑卒中患者的复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of telephone follow - up on the recovery and self - care ability in the discharged patients with stroke. Methods A total of 218 discharged patients with stroke were divided into two groups. The patients in the experimental group received telephone follow - up in addition to routine health education before discharge. Result Within one year after discharge, the relapse rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group （4.58% vs 12.5% ,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The practice of continuous health education by telephone follow -up can improve the patients＇ compliance and satisfaction,and reduce the relapse rate. |
