Systemic necrotizing vasculitis is uncommon in children and may be rarelyassociated with gangrene. We describe a 3-yr-old girl with parvovirusB19-induced necrotizing vasculitis whose digital gangrene was successfullytreated with iloprost, a prostacyclin analogue. |
