病毒性脑膜炎合并带状疱疹的护理

目的：探讨对病毒性脑膜炎合并带状疱疹患者的护理干预。方法：对患者给予全身抗病毒治疗以及患处皮肤局部用药，护理重点在预防疱疹破溃后继发感染，并注重糜烂处护理、神经痛处理以及用药监护等。结果：通过加强一般护理，规范皮肤换药，有效的对症处理和积极的心理护理，患者康复情况良好。结论：防止患处疱疹继发感染，加强病因治疗，做好健康教育和心理护理是促进病人康复的主要措施。

Nursing of Viral Meningitis Patients Combined with Herpes Zoster

Objective To discuss the nursing intervention of viral meningitis patients combined with herpes zoster. Method Use systemic anti-virus treatments and local administration to the affected area of skin. The focus of nursing is to prevent secondary infection after herpes broken and pay attention to the care of erosion, the handling of neuralgia, the guardianship of medication, etc. Results Strengthening our general nursing, regulating the skin wounds dressing, choosing effective symptomatic treatments and positive psychological care, patients recovered well. Conclusion Avoiding secondary infection, strengthening the cause of disease cures, doing well in health education and psychological care, are the main measures for patients recovery.
