Mini VITAL-100全自动血培养仪的临床应用

摘    要:目的:评价Mini VITAL-l00全自动血培养仪的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析Mini VITAL-l00全自动血培养仪检测998份血培养,分析其阳性率、细菌种类、检出时间及假阳性和假阴性。结果:在76份阳性标本中共分离出79株细菌(阳性率7.6%),最短报警时间1h30min,最长报警时间219h45min,24h内检出细菌53.2%,48h内检出74.7%。血培养以革兰阴性杆菌为主(占49.3%),其次为革兰阳性球菌(29.1%)。有4份假阳性,1份假阴性。结论:Mini VITAL-l00全自动血培养仪快速、准确,操作简便,为及时准确诊断医院感染血培养病原学提供有利条件。

Abstract:Objective:To study on the application of the Mini VITAL 100 automated system for blood culture in clinic. Methods:Nine hundred and ninety eight blood cultured samples were detected by!using the Mini VITAL 100 automated system and retrospectively analysed the positive rate, bacteria species, detection time, the false positive and the false negative. Results:Seventy nine strain germs were isolated from 76 positive samples in 998 blood cultured ones. The positive rate was 7 6%. The shortest positive time was one hour and thirty mimutes , the longest, two hundren and nineteen hours and forty five mimutes.There were 53 2% germs detected in twenty four hours and 74 7% in forty eight hours. Gram negative bacteria was 49 3% and gram positive cocci was 29 1%.There were 4 false positive samples and one false negative sample. Conclusion:The Mini VITAL 100 automated system is simple, convenient and fast. It is useful for diagnosing blood culture nosocomial infection pathogen in time and precise.
