| 摘 要： | 目的：观察冠状动脉造影与冠心病的临床诊断符合率。方法：将１６４例临床诊断为冠心病患者经冠状动脉造影（ＣＡＧ）与临床进行对比分析。结果：确诊冠心病１２０例，诊断符合率为７３．２％。其中除冠脉痉挛或溶栓成功或自溶８例，Ｘ综合征５例。尚有４４例误诊，占２６．８％，主要是高血压性心脏病、心肌病、心律失常等。结论：严格掌握心胶痛标准是冠心病诊断正确的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe correct diagnosis rate of coronary arteriography in clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease Methods:164 patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) were diagnosed by coronary arteriography and clinical analysis 120 cases of them were comfirmed to have CAD Results:The rate of correct diagnosis was 73 2% 8 Cases were freed from coronary spasm or successfully cured of thrombolysis or thrombolysis automatically melt (4 9%) Five cases were considered to suffer from X syndrome (3 1%) misdiagnostic 44 Cases were misdiagnosed (26 8%),who actually had hypertension heart cardiomyopathy and arrhythmia Conclusions:Good mastery the standard of angina is the key to diagnose of CAD correctly |
