会阴穴外治慢性前列腺炎的述评

慢性前列腺炎是男科常见病，临床表现以骨盆区域疼痛和排尿异常两大类症状为主，可伴有焦虑、抑郁等精神障碍类症状，病情复杂，缠绵难愈。现代医学多采取抗生素等药物治疗，治疗效果不佳，中医采取内外合治疗效显著。其中，与会阴穴相关的外治法主要有会阴穴位敷贴、针灸会阴穴、会阴穴超声和中药坐浴。近年来，以会阴穴位贴敷为代表的外治法取得良好疗效，值得推广。

Male chronic prostatitis,a common complex disease with two main clinical manifestations of pel-vic area pain and urination disorders,is often accompanied with anxiety,depression and other mental disorders.In the modern medicine,medications such as antibiotics are often adopted but with poor treatment effect,while in tra-ditional Chinese medicine,internal and external treatment methods are adopted which are of distinct curative effect. Among them,external treatment related to perineum point mainly includes acupoint application,acupuncture and moxibustion,ultrasound and traditional Chinese medicine bath.In recent years,external treatment methods repre-sented by acupoint application have achieved good curative effect,which is worthy of promoting.
