丁桂散贴敷神阙穴、会阴穴治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎随机对照临床研究

目的：评价丁桂散贴敷神阙穴、会阴穴治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎（气滞血瘀型）的有效性及安全性。方法：采用随机对照对160例患者进行4周的临床观察。由计算机产生随机编码表，将160例患者等分为丁桂散贴敷神阙穴组（A组））、丁桂散贴敷会阴穴组（B组）。丁香0.3g、肉桂1 g，温水调匀敷脐，Qd。以NIH-CPSI量表、中医症候评分、前列腺液常规为主要评价指标，同时记录不良反应。所有数据采用SPSS17．0处理。结果：参照NIH-CPSI量表评分，两组总有效率依次为51.35％、55.37％，A组与B组比较差异均无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；参照中医症候评分，两组总有效率依次为51．35％、53.96％，A组与B组比较差异均无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。两组在治疗期间未出现明显不良发应。结论：丁桂散贴敷神阙穴、会阴穴治疗慢性前列腺炎（气滞血瘀）安全有效性相当。

Dingguisan attached shenque acupoint and huiyin acupoint for the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prosta-titis

Objectives：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Dingguisan attached shenque acupoint and huiyin acupoint in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis （qi and blood stasis type）.Methods：The 1 60 patients were divided into 2 groups of equal number,Dingguisan attached shenque acupoint group （group A）and Dingguisan atta-ched huiyin acupoint group （group B）,by computer generated random code table.03 g of clove and 1 g of cinnamon were mixed well with warm water to apply on umbilicus,Qd.With NIH -CPSI scale,Chinese medicine symptom score and prostate fluid routine as the main evaluation index,recorded adverse reactions.All the data was treated with SPSS1 7.0.Results：With reference to the NIH-CPSI rating scale,the total effective rate of the two group was 51 .35%and 51 .35%respectively,without statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）;Referring to TCMsymptom score,the total effective rate of the two group was 51 .35%and 53.96 respectively,without statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）.No obvious adverse reaction occurred during the treatment.Conclusion：Dingguisan attached shenque acupoint and huiyin acupoint is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis （qi and blood stasis type）.
