| 摘 要： | 本文为探讨注射器组装后在脉动真空灭菌柜灭菌的效果，使用了嗜热脂肪芽胞杆菌菌片及染菌法进行了监测。结果表明，注射器组装后在脉动真空灭菌柜灭菌达到了无菌要求。组装后与分开包装灭菌无差异，为供应室在今后的工作中使用此法提供了理论依据

| Abstract: | To investigated the sterile effect of the pulse vacuum sterile cabinet on composed syringes,paperstrips with thermophilfat clostridia and syringes contaminated with the clostridia were used for monitoring.The results showed that the composed syringes in the pulse vacuum sterile cabinet could achieve the standard of sterility.There was no difference between the composed syringes and their separated parts for the sterile effect.It provides a theoretical basis for the use of this sterile method in the suply room. |
