| 摘 要： | 使用针灸配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变４５例，并与单纯使用西药治疗本病４５例进行对照，结果两组显效率分别为 ６８． ８９％和 ４４． ４４％，总有效率分别为 ９７． ７８ ％和 ７７． ７７％，治疗组明显优于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０． ０１）。 |

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Treatment of Peripheral Neuropathy Caused by Diabetes Melitus |

| Abstract: | In the present study, 90 cases of diabetes melitus-induced peripheral neuropathy were divided into acupuncture(Yishu, Shenshu, Mingmen, etc. ) + medicine group (n = 45 ) and medicine control group (n = 45). Aner one course of treatment, in the acupuncture + medicine group, 31 cases (68. 89% ) had marked improvement, 13 cases (28. 89 % ) were effective, 1 case (2. 22 % ) was ineffective, with the total effective rate being 97. 78 %; in the control group, 15 cases (33. 33 % ) were effective and 10 cases (22. 23 % ) were ineffective, with the total effective rate being 77. 77 %. Statistical analysis suggests that the therapeutic effect of acupuncture + medicine group is significantly superior to that of medicine control group (P < 0. 01 ). |
