基于人文关怀的细节化护理在颌面部外伤行美容整形术患者中的应用效果

分析对颌面部外伤行美容整形术患者采用基于人文关怀的细节化护理的效果。方法 选取 2021年8月-2022年8月于广东医科大学附属医院整形外科行美容整形手术治疗的51例颌面部外伤患者作为 研究对象，随机分为参照组（n =26）与研究组（n =25）。参照组实施常规护理，研究组实施基于人文关 怀的细节化护理，比较两组负性情绪、瘢痕情况及美学效果满意度。结果 研究组护理后SAS评分、SDS评 分均低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；研究组护理后VSS评分低于参照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）；研究组美学效果满意度为96.00%，高于参照组的69.23%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结 论 基于人文关怀的细节化护理在颌面部外伤行美容整形术患者中的应用效果确切，可有效减轻患者的心 理负担，促进瘢痕修复，有利于提高美学效果满意度。

Application Effect of Detailed Nursing Based on Humanistic Care in Patients with Maxillofacial Trauma Undergoing Cosmetic Plastic Surgery

To analyze the effect of detailed nursing based on humanistic care in patients with maxillofacial trauma undergoing cosmetic plastic surgery. Methods A total of 51 patients with maxillofacial trauma who underwent cosmetic plastic surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into reference group (n =26) and study group (n =25). The reference group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given detailed nursing based on humanistic care. The negative emotions, scar conditions and aesthetic effect satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The VSS score of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The aesthetic effect satisfaction of the study group was 96.00%, which was higher than 69.23% of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of detailed nursing based on humanistic care in patients with maxillofacial trauma undergoing cosmetic plastic surgery is definite, which can effectively reduce the psychological burden of patients, promote scar repair, and improve the satisfaction of aesthetic effect.
