| 摘 要： | 对35岁以上的农民29498人五年随访的结果表明:男性吸烟者中恶性肿瘤标化死亡率的RR吸香烟和晒烟者分别为1.82和1.75。35～49岁组RR最高;女性吸烟者中仅50～79岁组吸烟者RR大于1,动态范围是1.4～1.8。在不同肿瘤中,吸香烟者患肺癌的RR为1.82;男性吸香烟和吸晒烟者患胃癌的RR分别为2.89和2.71;男性吸晒烟者患肝癌的RR为1.70;女性吸晒烟者患食道癌的RR为2.27;其余恶性肿瘤标化死亡率的RR≤1。吸烟对恶性肿瘤死亡率的影响只有当吸烟的积累量达到一定程度时才能被发现。 |

| Abstract: | The paper reports the results of our five-year follow-up study of 29498 farmers over 35 years old. Among male smokers, the RR of" malignant tumor standardized mortality for cigarette smokers was 1.82 and for cigar smokers, it was 1.75. The highest RR was in the 35-49 year age group. Among female smokers, only in the 50-79 year age group was the RR of malignant tumor greater than 1; the range was 1.4-1.8. For different types of" malignant tumors, the results show the RR of Lung Cancer for cigarette smokers and cigar smokers were 2.89 and 2.27; The RR for the types ofcancer was 1. The results show that only when the accumulation of smoking reaches'a certain level. The influence of" smoking for malignant tumor mortality can be found. |
