| 摘 要： | [目的]研究儿歌习唱式和中医五调式两种音乐治疗模式在养老机构老年痴呆前期病人中的应用效果。[方法]采用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)和西方失语成套测验法(WAB汉译版)评估并比较干预前后痴呆前期老人的认知功能和语言能力。[结果]儿歌习唱组在干预后MMSE评分和WAB失语商积分均显著高于干预前;且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医五调组在干预后MMSE评分和WAB失语商积分与干预前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]儿歌习唱式音乐治疗模式更适合应用于养老机构,是一种有效、经济、安全防治痴呆的非药物治疗手段和护理方法。 |
