| 摘 要： | 目的建立长春西汀片溶出度测定方法。方法通过对溶出介质、溶出方法、转速和取样时间的选择,确定长春西汀片的溶出度测定方法。并对方法的回收率、线性、稳定性等进行考察。结果采用篮法,以0.067 mol/L盐酸为溶出介质,转速100 r/min,30 min取样,以高效液相色谱法测定。长春西汀在3.12～15.11μg/mL范围内溶液浓度与长春西汀色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7)。平均回收率为99.4%,(RSD=0.60%,n=9)。结论该方法稳定、灵敏、易行,可用于长春西汀片的溶出度检查。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method to determine the dissolution of vinpocetine tablets.Methods To establish the dissolution condition by choosing dissolution medium,dissolution method,rotational speed and taking solutions time.Its recovery and linear relationship have been tested.Results The basket method was used.0.067 mol/L hydrochloric acid was used as dissolution medium,and rotational speed was 100 r/min.After 30 min,the dissolution solution of tablet was taken,and it was determined by HPLC.Good linearty between area and vinpocetine concentration was achieved in the range of 3.12~15.11 μg/mL(r=0.999 7).The average recovery(n=9)was 99.4%(RSD=0.60).Conclusion The method is stable,sensitive and easy to apply for determinting the dissolution of vinpocetine tablets. |
