摘    要:
目的探讨血尿酸(SUA)、脉搏波传导速度(PWV)和踝臂指数(ABI)与冠心病的关系。方法根据冠状动脉造影结果将132例患者分为冠心病组(85例)和非冠心病组(47例),冠心病组又分为单支病变组(35例)、双支病变组(26例)和多支病变组(24例),测定SUA、PWV和ABI水平。结果冠心病组的SUA、PWV高于非冠心病组(均<0.05),ABI低于非冠心病组(<0.01);冠脉病变支数越多,SUA及PWV值越高均(<0.05),多支病变组ABI低于双支病变组及单支病变组(均<0.05)。结论 SUA、PWV、ABI与冠心病及其病变程度相关。三者联合可用于预测及评估冠心病及其危险程度。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the association between serum uric acid(SUA),pulse wave velocity(PWV),ankle brachial index(ABI) and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods According to the coronary angiography,a total of 132 patients were divided into CHD group(=85) and non-CHD group(=47),and CHD group were divided into three subgroups(stenosis of single branch,two branches and multi-branches),SUA,PWV and ABI were measured and compared among groups.Results SUA and PWV were higher in CHD group than those in non-CHD group(< 0.05),but ABI were lower(< 0.01).SUA and PWV increased in the groups with more branches with stenosis(< 0.05).ABI in stenosis of muti-branches group was significantly lower than that in single branch and two branches groups(< 0.05).Conclusions The level of SUA,PWV and ABl were related with CHD and its degree,which can be use to diagnose CHD and evaluate its risk degree.
