舒利迭对COPD患者肺功能的影响

目的观察舒利迭对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的临床疗效及其对肺功能的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用回顾性分析,将61例COPD患者分为2组,治疗组33例,主要采用舒利迭吸入治疗,对照组28例,采用噻托溴铵干粉吸入治疗,疗程为3个月。治疗前、后观察肺功能并进行疗效判定。结果治疗组总有效率为91.17%(高于对照组的78.5%);治疗组的肺功能改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒利迭治疗COPD的临床疗效满意,能有效改善患者肺功能。

Effect of seretide on lung function of patients with COPD

Objective To observe the effect of seretide on lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and explore the mechanism.Methods 61 patients with COPD were allocated to 2 groups,treatment group(n=33)was mainly given seretide inhalation,control group(n=28)was treated with tiotropium dry powder inhaler treatment.The treatment lasted for 3 months,the effect and lung function were observed before and after treatment retrospectively.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(91.17% vs.78.5%).There were significant differences in lung functional improvement between 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Effect of seretide on COPD is satisfactory,and the lung function can be effectively improved.
