临床干预对乳腺癌康复的效果评价

目的:探讨临床干预对乳腺癌康复的影响。方法:对200例乳腺癌手术后康复期患者分成对照组和干预组,对照组采用传统的护理方法,干预组在治疗过程中实施护理干预并跟踪调查。结果:干预组术后不舒适及并发症发生率明显低于对照组,干预组在生活自理、心理状态、掌握疾病知识、积极参与与治疗、社交活动方面明显高于对照组。结论:临床护理干预可降低乳腺癌患者术后不适及并发症,提高病人的生存质量。

The evaluation of nursing intervention on the recovery of breast cancer patients

Objective:To explore the effects of nursing intervention on the recovery of breast cancer patients.Methods:200 patients who had received breast cancer operations were divided into a control group and an intervention group.Conventional nursing methods were used on the control group,and nursing intervention was implemented in the course of therapy and follow-up investigations were done for the intervention group.Results:The incidences of post-operative discomforts and complications were markedly lower than those of the control group,and patients of the intervention group had a markedly higher degree in such aspects as life self-care,psychological status,mastery of disease knowledge,active participation in therapy and socializing activities than the control group.Conclusion:Nursing intervention can reduce the incidences of post-operative discomforts and complications.
