摘    要:
本文通过重复刺激坐骨神经的方法,进一步探讨了痛兴奋神经元的电活动。结果发现,大鼠尾-壳核内存在着一种特殊类型的痛反应神经元,即痛抑制-兴奋神经元。

Abstract:
By the method of repeated noxious stimuli to sciatic nerve we studied the electrical activities of pain excitation neurons, i.e.during the discharges evoked by the former noxious stimulation (S_1) the latter noxious stimulation (S_2) was given in order to observe the responses to S_2. A Special type of responses to S_2 was found in the caudate-putamen nucleus: S_2 stopped the discharges evoked by S_1. The duration interrupted by S_2 was markedly shorter than the latency of the discharges evoked by S_1 (P<0.01). They showed significant (P<0.05) linear correlation (r=0.510). The results suggest that some of pain excitation neurons with very low spontaneous firing and very long latency be possibly a special type of pain reaction neurons. After noxious stimulation these neurons showed inhibition at first, and then excitation.
