| 摘 要： | 在“军卫一号”、“军卫二号”的基础上开发ST—TELEMED全信息远程会诊系统，率先成功地实现了集成HIS／PACS／RIS／LIS电子病例的全信息远程会诊，最大限度地实现全军医疗系统的资源共享，提高了基层卫生队的救治能力。
